This site is about finding what you want, for prices you can afford. But I want to know what  YOU want to see!  So I created a survey which will allow me to pinpoint EXACTLY what should be listed on this site. What's in it for me you say?  Well!  Filling out this survey provides you with two ways to get discounts! 

 

To qualify for either of the above options do the following (IN RED):

1. Please fill out this survey, and email it to trendyholm@gmail.com. For the first survey filled out you will be emailed within 1-3 days a 2% Discount code.

2. If you want a special order made, tick the box at the end of this survey and I will contact you with quotes and styles that match your specifications.  (Please note that special orders will take 20-35 days to arrive once ordered.  Also note that any special bridal orders will cost between 20-80$ depending on the style and specifications).

3. By filling out the last step of the survey with an invoice number it enters one ballot for you into the database for *Win a Free Dress Draw* (which is activated every 75 dresses sold.)

You may fill this survey out as many times as you like, but only one survey per purchase will count as a ballot in the contest, and one survey per 3 months for 2 % off.
